The "Hit List" is a quick look at numbers and stats from around the world of Illinois High school football.

The total number of points that the Spartans of Chicago (Orr) High School have allowed in 5 games so far this season. The record for points allowed in a season is zero, held by several different schools, all of whom accomplished this feat before the playoffs started. Total number of points given up so far byCary (C.-Grove), who is eligible for the state playoffs. They're followed closely by 2005 6A Runner-ups Normal (Community) who has 15.


On the opposite side of the ball, you've got the Aledo Green Dragons, who've put up 298 points so far this season. They've also done this against some very good teams like Bushnell (B.-Prairie City) 4-1 & Carthage 3-2.

Most points scored by a team so far this season. We're not sure if Park Ridge (Maine South) was just clicking during this game or if the Hawks let loose after starting the season 0-2, but nobody has scored more points in a single game this year than they did in their match up against cross town Park Ridge (Maine East) back in week #4.
