Carmel)in 8A ), Suburban Catholic (Addison (Driscoll)4A &Woodstock (Marian) 5A) & the Western Sun (Batavia & Geneva in 6A & Maple Park (Kaneland) in 5A. The Western Sun is in it's first season as a conference.

The Highlanders who have won an Illinois record 5 straight state titles in a row, will be looking for a record sixth straight appearance. The Highlanders are currently tied with the Celtics ofNew Lenox (Providence), with five straight appearances. Providence made the finals from 1994-98.
