15. (7) Edwardsville (H.S.)(5-2), 21-17 loss to #12 East St. Louis (Sr.)(7-0), Tigers come close to upset that could have forced a 4 way tie in the conference, but East St. Louis pulls ahead.
16. (19) Lake Zurich (6-1), 37-7 overLake Forest (H.S.) (4-3), Bears take down Scouts with out much of a fight.
17. (20) Rockford (Boylan)(6-1),37-0 Rockford (Guilford) (6-1), Titans all but lock up the Northern Illinois (NIC-9) Conference title.
18. (21) Oak Lawn (Richards) (6-1), 48-7 overBlue Island (Eisenhower)(5-2), Head coach Gary Korhonen gets his 301st career victory.
19. (13) Bolingbrook(6-1),33-14 over Lockport (Twp.) (4-3), The Raiders get a solid win over a likely playoff contender.
20. (10) Naperville (North) (4-3), 30-27 loss to Naperville Central (4-3) , the Red Hawks surprise the Huskies, as the DuPage Valley with exception to Wheaton South, may as level as it has been in years.
21. (22) Metamora (7-0), 54-13 over Bartonville (Limestone) (3-4), Pat Ryan has the offense in tune for the playoffs.
22. (23) Palatine (Fremd) (6-1), 20-0 over Hoffman Estates (Conant) (5-2), In a battle between two defensive teams, Fremd shows it's the real deal with shutout.
23. (26) Belleville (Althoff) (6-1), 56-6 overCarbondale(2-5), Crusaders look to be ready to go deep in the playoffs.
24. (27) Barrington (5-2),42-6 over Hoffman Estates (H.S.) (1-6), Broncos put up another solid win. Will
25. (30) Maple Park (Kaneland) (7-0), 49-0 over DeKalb (1-6), Knight roll deep on both sides of the ball.
